1. Consent to collection

T.G FIRE CO., LTD. ("the Company") provides a means to accept the collection and use of personal data before you use enquiry or service-request features. Selecting "Agree" is treated as consent.

2. Items collected and purpose

"Personal data" means information about a living individual by which that individual can be identified, including information that can be readily combined with other information to identify them.

· Product enquiry / service request — collected at submission. Required: name, phone, e-mail, company. Optional: product or model, attached photos and video. Purpose: responding to the enquiry, handling the service request and reporting the outcome. Retention: 3 years after completion.

· Document request — collected at request. Required: name, phone, e-mail. Purpose: sending the requested files. Retention: 1 year after despatch.

3. Cookies

The Company may use cookies to understand how the service is used. A cookie is a small text file sent by a website to your browser; it identifies your computer but not you personally.

You may allow or refuse all cookies through your browser settings. Refusing cookies may limit some functions.

4. Provision to third parties

The Company does not use personal data beyond the scope stated in Article 2, nor provide it to third parties, except with your prior consent or where required by law.

5. Destruction

Personal data is destroyed without delay once the retention period has passed or the purpose has been achieved. Electronic files are deleted irrecoverably; printed material is shredded or incinerated.

6. Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal data.
